The Sea Turtle Conservancy is the oldest sea turtle research and conservation group in the world, founded in 1959 by Dr. Archie Carr, world-renowned sea turtle expert. They work to conserve the world's sea turtle population through advocacy, education, research, and by protecting their natural habitat.
