We offer a 14-day returns policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items. We can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on our website.
To start the process, please contact us within 14 days via email at email@example.com with “Returns & Exchanges” and your order number in the subject line. We will then provide you with an appropriate shipping address.
Unfortunately for returns, we are unable to refund your postage/courier costs and for international customers, any customs fees or local taxes.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your card to be credited with your refund.
If you receive your products and they are faulty or damaged once opened, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org
